During your session, we use a combination of different instruments, ranging from Cherokee-style shamanic drums to Australian Indigenous Clap Sticks, Harmonic Chakra Energy Chimes, Koshi wind chimes, Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, and even shakers. Each experience is tailored to your specific needs, ensuring that your body receives exactly what it requires.

Our ritual begins with a cup of tea and a friendly chat, allowing us to connect with you on a personal level. We then immerse you in the soothing sound therapy, where all you have to do is relax and receive its healing benefits. To further ground you and relieve stress, we start with a foot soak, followed by an optional complimentary oracle angel card reading.

Next, we move to the massage table, where you will receive a fully clothed back, neck, and shoulder massage. This massage is designed to stabilize and center you, preparing you for the final stage of the session – the Reiki healing. Reiki is a gentle and powerful healing technique that relaxes, realigns, and de-stresses your body, allowing it to rejuvenate and heal itself.

Our founder, with over 20 years of experience as a skin therapist, has combined her knowledge of skincare and reiki to create a unique Reiki Facial. This facial includes all the elements you would expect, such as skin analysis, cleanse, deep cleanse, enzyme exfoliation, treatment mask, and protective hydration. Additionally, it incorporates a personalized Reiki Relaxation massage, ensuring that both your skin and your psyche are treated with care and attention.

One of the remarkable aspects of Reiki is its ability to provide distance healing. We can arrange a session at a time that suits both of us, allowing you to find a quiet spot, relax with a cup of tea, and receive the healing energy from afar. This session includes a card reading and a follow-up chat to discuss any insights or experiences that may have arisen during the healing.

As a Reiki practitioner, I combine my philosophy of love, kindness, and positivity with my 25 years of experience as a hands-on beauty and massage therapist.
