"I am a singer who freaked out during the smoky summer bushfires and lost my voice due to trauma and anxiety. I have been working with Polly from Village Therapy on Zoom over the past few months and received the warm, compassionate and professional support I needed to get it back again. I now have a much clearer understanding of both the physical and emotional/psychological aspects to voice health, which I will carry forward into my future singing and speaking practice. I felt I was in very capable hands throughout my healing journey, I appreciated that my progress was measured and documented from one session to the next, giving me the confidence and motivation to do the exercises. Thanks Polly, I am so very grateful."
"Cooper our son is 8yo. He has speech and OT at village Therapy. The two people Megan and Michael are the best. Cooper with his ADS and ADHD has responded to them so well. He is on the way to being the best he can be. Thank you 'Village Therapy" you are the best for us. Tim Marie, Jessica and Cooper"

No compassion whatsoever would not allow a reschedual of appointment so charged a cancellation fee then without any warning when it wasnt paid soon enough decided to send in debt collectors with threatning letters threatning legal action this is during a pandemic where people have lost jobs, income and have enoigh on their plate. Bravo guys bravo"
"My wife has been working tirelessly towards an appropriate diagnosis for our daughter who we recently found out is autistic. I have been working overtime and spending more and more time away from my children to be able to afford appropriate assessments and diagnosis for the little people I love so much. Our initial OT assessment with another company was dissatisfactory and so we decided to take our daughter to Village OT in sunbury to see Loryn. On the 16/05/2019 my wife took out daughter there for 1.5 hours for an assessment session and took more valuable time out of caring for our children to complete a sensory profile document and give copious amounts of information to the OT about our daughter and our previous experience with occupational therapy. Loryn assured my wife that their reports are extensive with a two week turn around, that they are customised to each individual and cover a wide variety of areas detailing the ways in which the child's functioning is impacting them. My wife gave more of her time and paid another consult fee on the 3/6/2019 to receive the results of the sensory profile she filled out. At this stage we have spent a few hundred dollars at Village therapy. Weeks had passed and we had not received a thing from Loryn. She had assured my wife that a new assessment report for Eden would be completed, after all, that was the entire reason we engaged Village Therapy in the first place. Friday 21/6/2019 we contacted Village Therapy who never seem to answer their phones. We emailed them the same day to report our distress because our final paediatrician appointment for our daughter is this monday and we still have no report. My wife expressed her distress and panic about this and asked for a refund for the assessment consultation. Reception advised that Loryn doesn't work on fridays and that she would get back to us at some stage on saturday? In the late afternoon, another email came through from Village to say that Loryn had no clue that we wanted an assessment report completed?! My wife explicitly discussed with Loryn and spent 1.5 hours detailing exactly what we have been going through with our daughter, being asked multiple questions while Loryn took notes. Why else would we have set up the appointment and assessment if we didn't want a report? We asked for one. I am absolutely enraged. Loryn even told my wife during that consultation that most of her reports span across 8 pages. In the same email, Village said they would be sending through a report free of charge by saturday and that Loryn was apologetic. They said they will not refund my wife's consultation fee because they believe they have fulfilled their obligation by giving us a 'free report'. Now, about the report. The report was a page long summary of my wife's reported anecdotes on a Village Therapy letterhead. The BULK of that page long document was made up of the results of the sensory profile which had already been sent to the peadiatrician so we will call this 'free report' about 3/4 or 1/2 a page long. The number of times I read, 'Emily (my wife) reports" on that page made me feel as if I could have saved her the time, effort and trip to Village and written it myself. We have two small children on the autism spectrum being assessed,we have a seven month old baby as well. We are pouring money, emotion and so much time into this process and the way we have been disregarded and taken advantage of by Village Therapy. This is the icing on the cake for me. I would not recommend this service to anybody. My wife is in shock and is in a state of panic coming up to our final appointment this Monday with what she feels is insufficient reporting by Village Therapy. She feels as if she was completely abandoned and completely forgotten by this service."
