"Hi all I changed brake caliper of front left wheel of my car in 4th week of last month at this workshop. I started hearing some abnormal sound from the same wheel when I drove back home after work was done. I called them the next day but they said it is normal. After few days sound started coming while using brake also. These sounds started worrying me and decided to visit same workshop to find out the problem. They did test driving and said it is issue of link point even without inspecting. I decided to show to Auto Crew Motors just next to this workshop and found out that one bolt was missing as shown in photo that I have uploaded which the mechanic of MV workshop carelessly didn’t put last time. When I showed this photo to owner of this workshop they boasted saying they fix engine also, how can they forget to put a bolt. Instead of accepting their fault he said bolt might be broken which to me was quite rude. Luckily nothing happened to me due to their this blunder. Most funny thing is forget about letting us see the work, we are not shown parts they order and put into our car at this place. They might be dealing differently with different customers but to me, experience with this workshop was very very bad. I would not like to recommend this workshop to anyone."
