"Personally will never ever recommend such a group of shotty workmanship. Sent my car in through insurance as they are the only northside repairer. Came back an I let them know 12hours later there was a list of issues with the vehicle, I attempted to ring an left a voicemail on the day of collection and when I bought this up with Motorserve I was first hung up on by a rude older female staff member, issues that shouldn't have risen as they apparently didn't touch that section of my vehicle followed up with a threat from the service manager of refusing to service my vehicle and fix there mistakes. Funny how they can be all marcho on the phone an be nice as pie in person. NRMA should not use motorserve as there repairer as they are rude to customers (others in front of me also) incompetent in there repairs and attempting to repair something with no knowledge or removing parts of my vehicle just with pure force. Again don't recommend if your after a good repaired go anywhere but here"

"Motorserv was extraordinary with their service, we were stunned with their service. Everything was explained to us in detail, everybody was so helpful and we received our car back a day earlier than expected. "I wouldn't even send my worst enemy here. The office staff were lovely to deal with but the repairs were unacceptable. My car was rear ended and sent here for repair. The first time I got my car back the rear bumper still had dents in it, the bumper piece didn't join correctly, the screws in the rear wheel wells that secured the bumper were half out on both sides (four in total) and the inside of my boot was scratched from where they had removed the boot and set it down on the ground. I took my car back to have the above issues resolved. When I next picked my car up I was told on the phone that they swapped the bumper to a new one, then I was told in person that the bumper was the old one but remoulded, then I was told again that it was a new bumper when I enquired further. There is still imperfections with the paint work near the joins. When I raised my concern, they 'fixed' the missing paint with a toothpick and paint. Make sure to take pictures before and after if you ever take your car here. I will be updating my NRMA insurance so I can choose my own repairer in future."

"Debbie in the office was so professional when I was contacted to book my car in. I drove down to Banyo to drop the. X Trail off. I was so amazed by the level of service they all delivered. The place was so up market, unbelievable. I walked into the office, yea & coffee with biscuits amongst other little refreshments was on offer. I was blown away. They checked the car last Friday, said it would be ready to pick up next Friday. Wow, today is Tuesday, got a call it’s ready. When I went down they had said the battery needs replacing, I drove out of there with a new battery with three year warranty. Harvey duty one at that. The service was excellent also on pickup of the car. Thank you all for the awesome service."
