"While the service team you deal with are nice the quality of workmanship is severely lacking & of the poorest quality. They forgot to fit the scuff plates to my new car at purchase. I had to return the car & have them installed at the first service. The scuff plates were incorrectly installed causing them to repeatedly come loose & cause damage to the paint. While repairing the damage to the paint caused by poor workmanship & incompetence they managed to damage the vehicle a 2nd time. Newstead Mazda managed to damage my new car twice in a matter of days. Newstead Mazda have had over 4 attempts to install scuff plates & damaged a brand new vehicle twice. iv spent over 10 hours traveling to & from the dealership to have repairs carried out. Newstead Mazda had the car for over 2 weeks to complete repairs & insulation of scuff plates. All this on top of the other substandard workmanship iv observed on the vehicle. They scratched the tailgate when installing the number plate left wet boot marks on the floor & just placed the mats on top. Left greasy marks all over the car disconnected the dash cam & failed to reconnect it & failed to install the towbar to an acceptable standard. If you value your car at all id suggest avoiding Newstead Mazda at all costs as they show no care for your car & the quality of workmanship is of the poorest quality iv ever seen. id give 0 stars if it were possible"

"We have been servicing our cars here since 2015. It was always a great experience. However the recent service is really disappointing. We believes there is an issue on the front break as it makes noise while driving. However, The technician did not find a fault on the front break while processing the service. The rotor was damaged within 2 weeks after the service, we have no choice but brought the car back for investigation again which is just two weeks after the scheduled service. We were told it is a wear and tear issue and we need to pay about 400 bucks for fixing the problem. As a returning customer for over 8 years, we are extremely disappointed with the recent experience with the service team and will not recommend this service center to anyone."

"Terrific service experience at Newstead Mazda. They did a walk through video, explained what they found and provided options. My vehicle has folding mirrors which were getting sluggish and nit folding properly which they replaced quickly only needing to extend the service by a couple of hours. I appreciated the report and run-down, confident the job was done to a high standard. Spotless workshop, courteous staff, able to pay before pick-up and the Uber transport to/from home made the process easy."

Everyone was very professional from Workshop Manager Rob, Service Advisor Andrea and to the staff member who brought my keys. Service bays looked immaculatant.
