"Utterly useless. This guys are the Auto Electricians from hell. Are they even qualified? I took my car in for an ABS replacement service and what was meant to be a straight forward 3-hours job turned into 8 days. Worst of all not only was the job not completed, they absolutely destroyed the electronics functionality of my car. In doing that they put my safety at risk as a result of a faulty braking system which almost resulted in me having an accident. My car was all good when I took it to them and when I left a whole lot of problems emerged which led to my vehicle behaving in an erratic manner with burning smell and a gear system becoming faulty as well as the faulty braking system mentioned. After 8-days I removed my car from them and took it to a specialist and it took the technician there 20-hours to fix the problems. When I was given the clearance on the 8th day by Peter from Redcliffe Car Electrics who stated that my car was all fixed he did it so at the recommendation of a 16-17 apprentice (Levi) who took it for a test drive and had stated that it was all fine despite the fact that the ABS warning signal light was still on. He also did it despite my reservation as I had enunciated to him that it did not give me much comfort as the ABS warning signal light is still on. When I got into my car on that day I also noticed that the music volume from my stereo was turned up. Obviously, this should not have occurred when a vehicle is being taken for a test drive. Additionally, other technicians who have had telephone conversations on my behalf with Peter as they were trying to help me likewise have also stated that he (Peter) should not be working with cars as he is incompetent. The fact that he relied on a young apprentice elucidates that he is reckless and the legal advise that I am receipt of tells me that a case for negligence is profound. As a result of their negligence and sheer incompetence my safety was placed at a risk, it destroyed my holidays and I am out of pocket my $3500. Additionally, it caused me a lot of stress and anxiety. These guys are deplorable as it has been three weeks now and they have failed to reach out to me and offer a settlement. They are simply unfit to be operating."

It was such a small trivial request but they were only to happy to oblige & after sorting issue didn't even charge me. Not many businesses are like this these days, thank you again."
