"Took my brand new 2.5week old MG in as it would not start when turned the key intermittently. Also engine making unusual sounds. They Had the car for a whole day, they knew what the issue was a week before. They only ran computer diagnostics, could not find anything and proceeded to tell me to collect car and book in again if it continues as it is likely due to the cold….. and to put different fuel in… I asked what fuel does the new car team put in as I have not even put fuel in this car yet- silence. Queensland is not cold! These cars are used where it snows. Are they for real?!? Absolutely appalling lack for detail on a job, they did not even try to look into the problem and more than happy to waste my time and not look past plugging the car into a iPad. I called another mechanic for second opinion and he named 2 issues as likely problem and advised both the fuel and lack of starting nothing to do with weather. This team happy to sell dud cars and not bother to sort a problem. Advised me to rebook again so they can look again if it continues. They didn’t even bother turning it on! It doesn’t start 90% of the time. Very unhappy with lack of customer care and the lies that follow to cover up a job they have not even bothered to pop the bonnet with."

"I purchased a car of a dealership in Toowoomba and for some reason they did not reset the service notification. Been asking for some answers for a week and never got anything back. I gave them a ring and spoke to a lovely lady named Joanne and she was more than happy to help me by organising for me to bring the car in to get that reset. They did this eventhough i didn't buy the car from them.. i would surely come back for my next service or any other issues. Good stuff"
