"I came here to get some help sorting out my ECU configuration and tune. I tried a few other Haltech and ECU Tuners around Brisbane but was unhappy. Darren and his team have been fantastic. They already had a great reputation and references from a few different people. Booking a service was easy through the website. I sent my in P76 on tow truck and Autoworks looked after it with great care. After a few hours the Haltech ECU issue was sorted and back running again. Darren set to work on making my tune much better in performance and drivability! Darren sorted my electrical alternator issues. And the after a power tune on the dyno, Darren pointed out a few areas that we could improve the car. This is what I loved about my experience. Darren was caring and invested in the journey with me to get my car sorted. Thank you Autoworks. Simply amazing service! Very friendly and helpful staff. "I went to Autoworks to get a safety inspection for my car, some repairs were needed including replacement windscreen. Unfortunately the company that Autoworks outsourced the windscreen repair to broke my reversing camera display and then attempted to hide the evidence by shoving the wires into my roof. The team members at Autoworks insinuated that the display was never there in the first place and I spent 2 or 3 hours in the shop waiting for them to attempt to sort out the issue before I was handed the number for the windscreen replacement company and told to deal with the issue myself. I have several other comments about the service including tape being left on the windscreen, issues with the submission of the safety inspection certificate (as it is a NSW car I understand the mechanic didn't have the ability to submit to the NSW government directly) and a general feeling that they were dismissive of me, perhaps because I am a young woman. Ultimately the price was affordable and the work was completed but based on the customer service Autoworks wouldn't be my first recommendation."
