"Oh what a feeling?? Three times I’ve rung for a towbar quote, first time, I’ll call you back..still waiting. Second time, you will receive email in 15 minutes… still waiting. Third time, I’ll call you back… still waiting. Some service center HOPELESS"
"Not happy. Booked in a 4.30pm service had to pick up 8pm. No phone call saying it's finished or anything. Then rang next day it need back break pads and tyre replaced due to slow leak. Then I was told to pick it up. I went next morning and was told they didn't get enough time on night shift to finish job. They said we can re book it in. I got so mad as it was so inconvenient and difficult to find time as there is 4 of us sharing 2 cars. No offer of reacement vehicle or courtesy bus. The staff had the wrong number to be contacted if repairs were needed even though I rang to give them the correct number . It was very messy and casr still a mess."
"Very professional and informative. Had a look at my car at 8pm at night and fixed it completely the next day for a very reasonable price. Great communication too."
"I’ve been taking my car to Sci Fleet Toyota Kedron for servicing and repairs for years, but I won’t be going back. I have been quite disappointed at the poor standard of customer service I received on my most recent visit, after two consecutive errors on their part. A couple of months ago, I booked my car in for a service and some repairs they had flagged were needed. While the car was in at SFT, I received a call to say that a part needed for the repairs hadn’t been ordered, so the repairs couldn’t be done. This meant I had to take my car in a second time (they did agree to give me a small discount on the repairs due to the inconvenience). I booked in to also get my front brake pads replaced during the second visit. I received a call while that job was being done to say that a part was missing from my car and it would cost more than $250 to order it from Sydney. After I asked more questions, they acknowledged it was likely that when they replaced the brake pads in 2020, they didn’t put that part back in. They agreed to order and install the part at no cost (as they should have, considering they’d admitted it was probably their mistake), but it also meant I would need to bring my car in a third time, which would mean more inconvenience and additional cost to me. It was only during a third cranky phone call with them (during a busy work day) that they agreed to pay the cost of my Uber to and from work for the third visit. The person I was dealing with totally missed the point that I shouldn’t be left out of pocket for a third visit due to their mistake. When I went to collect my car after the second visit, the manager was totally unapologetic and quite indifferent. The Nightshift Supervisor was very nice and quite apologetic. But the Manager’s actions had already made it clear to me that I wasn’t valued as a customer, despite having taken my car there for years. I totally understand that mistakes happen, but when they do, it’s up to the business to make a proper effort to make amends."
"Overall, the service was up to the required standard from a technical perspective. The staff were pretty nice and helpful, answering any questions I had and informing me regularly on service progress whilst I was at home. The only reason why I gave them 4 stars was that the car was not given a quick vacuum clean or wash like what most service providers do."
