Not only did this business give good advice when the issue refused to repeat whilst at their workshop, telling us he could go ahead and replace the usual suspects for the described issue only to leave us both frustrated if it doesn't resolve it as he'd have wasted time and we'd have wasted money. Then he came to us on a call out, spending time finding the issue and a solution to ensure we could continue our travels safely charging about 1/5th what we would have been charged at home.
