"A good reliable mechanic. If you want your car serviced or repaired come here. If you want a coffee and muffin in a fancy waiting room while a smarmy salesmen tries to rip you off you'll want to ring one of the big chains or dealers."
"Anyone wants to visit this business should really think about if it does worth your time and money and if you would trust in them to service your vehicle. I went in person and asked for a major service with some parts replacement , $2k+ job. The owner agreed to call me after he found out details about parts. And you know what? No call back or text at all, even after I made couple phone calls in the last 2 weeks. This is not professional and I don't think people who come here deserved such level of customer service."
"When it comes to mechanics i have seen them all. The bad, the great and the ugly. Unfortunately, i didn't have a great experience here which is unfortunate with my close proximity. Bit of a rip, little to no customer experience and did not complete a wheel alignment after i specifically mentioned on booking that this would be needed after the tyre replacement. Furthermore, they have put a cheeky 5 thousand on the next service sticker which, being a pretty new car (2017) would not need. Might catch some other off guard. Update since response: Thank you for getting back to me about the above review. I take pride in my own customer service background and hope that this feedback will encourage the business to focus on the customer that continues to support local businesses in the area. I appreciate the information received and stand corrected regarding pricing guide and sticker. Perhaps stipulating your recommendations on next service should be clearly communicated to customers to avoid confusion in future. Thank you for offering to help me with my wheel alignment, however when i had spoken to Andrew yesterday he did not seem very concerned about it and told me to look around the area, which i have and regrettably will have to go without a car again for a day. Please keep in mind the customer experience and acknowledge the difficulty it is to logistically navigate ourselves professionally without our cars as this is a major inconvenience to the everyday customer."
