"Purchased a 2nd hand car (Red Hyundai 2004 Elantra Hatch) for the 18yo as his first car, and within weeks of having it, the suspension froze up (was pretty bad to drive...bounced around like a bunny rabbit). I took it to Rudy and explained the problem, and before he even looked at the car he advised what the problem was, then he showed me. All 4 struts on the car were frozen (even showed me the struts after the job) and the front strut mounts were destroyed. Rudy replaced all that, and new rear brakes for $1300. Everywhere else I went wanted to charge me $1500 just for the struts. I think I saved myself a good $500 or so going to Rudy. I have no issues paying for work when its done right, and Rudy did a great job. Car now drives like a dream and feels safe on the roads. I am happy to have found Rudy and will take my car to him in the future."
"I already had a service with "Goodyear Woolloongabba", however something smelt fishy when they said so many things were wrong and it was going to cost me $3000, (when I serviced my car regularly with them). I was put onto Rudy's by a family member. I called him up and he asked me to bring the car in to check it out and see what "big" problems my car had. In meeting with Rudy, he was upfront, transparent and honest. He told me the major things that needed to be done, and the price was only in the low hundreds! He looked after me and I now will be going to him for my service and tyres. Not many mechanics around that you can feel are "Genuine".
