"They were very good when we took out the loan but when we wanted to refinance or get a better rate with the loan we already had they showed very little interest. Didn't return calls for weeks. Didn't message back for 2 weeks. Then when we got all the info together it was again no communication for 2 weeks when they asked for info they should have asked for in the 1st place , so obviously we're too busy with new loans to bother about one they already had. I got a better answer phoning the provider who lowered the rate over the phone."
