"Had my car booked in 2 weeks prior, for a major service and replace coil packs. They forgot, and when I took it in Andrew made me feel like it was MY fault for just showing up and expecting work done, even though I gave them 2 weeks notice that I was coming. And because he forgot, I didn’t get my coil packs replaced, and when I went to pick it up he had the nerve to tell me my coil packs aren’t great and will need replacing soon. Will not be going back, and will be letting family and friends know of my experience."

He and his team were really helpful, comprehensive in their explanations to an engine-illiterate person, and totally transparent regarding their costs and expectations for my vehicle. When extra work had to be done that they hadn't anticipated, they didn't add extra labour to the cost and got my car up and running again within 48 hours.
