"It’s taken me a long time to write a review because I was struggling with what to write. The journey through IVF is one filled with uncertainty and emotion, and at every step Dr Polyakov balanced giving us the best possible information (good or otherwise) all the while being mindful and compassionate towards us as we navigated the unknown. He and his team made it a little easier to have hope and we trusted him fully throughout. I cannot recommend Dr Polyakov and his team highly enough. Dr Polyakov is a great doctor who is very knowledgeable, and I am so thankful he was able to assist me through my journey. The ladies at reception were so lovely and always accommodating. They made a challenging situation a little brighter and less daunting."
