"5/5 all round excellent experience dealing with this business and i'd highly recommend them if you're in the area and after a battery! Today (outside business hours) i called Battery Australia to get a price for picking up a new battery; I spoke to them and got a few prices and asked a few questions; ending the call saying I might call back later. But later, as it turned out, i needed to have the battery delivered. So, I sent them a text, asking if they could deliver, and received a reply almost instantly, we quickly arranged the delivery details. which arrived in approx 1 hour after (South brisbane near CBD). I dont normally write reviews (eh..cliche, cringe), but had said i would because i was really impressed with today, and i want to really emphasise what a wonderful job they did! It was an excellent experience! Fantastic communication; patient, responsive, professional. Fantastic customer service and pricing; helping me to finish installing as i couldn't quite get the old battery out when trying to do it myself. And the person i saw (not sure if sole trader so just him or maybe more people but) was just a really, nice, reliable trustworthy, family man, i felt. I highly recommend this business! I called after today after 6pm when super cheap etc everyone was closed, and they had me sorted out in no time and did me a great price on a quality battery-no funny business.
