"I booked in for an wheel alignment, balancing on 4 wheels and a rotation. Upon picking up my car the rear tyres still had the original weights on meaning they hadn’t been balanced and I was still charged for 4 wheels to be balanced. When I left to go home my wheel alignment was a lot worse than it was originally. When I rung up they said they’d check the cameras and when I walked in they offered me the a refund for the two wheels that weren’t balanced. Upon further inspection of the vehicle all that was ever done to my car was a rotation and balance on the front two wheels. The alignment was never done at all. Yes I got a refund when I told them I’d be going to the motor vehicle ombudsman but this is just a warning to others."
