"It really annoys me when people review someone who has dedicated their lives to their profession with comments that have little to nothing to do with them. Please keep your complaints about phone calls and appointment delays to the appropriate person, which in this case, would be the practice manager. Because I’m sure that if the doctor was delayed due to your emergency, it wouldn’t be an issue for you. I recently had gynae surgery with Susan 18 years after she delivered my son at Williamstown hospital. As a women, I’m grateful that she endured everything she must have gone through to become the amazing specialist she is. And to be better today than the day I first met her, what an amazing doctor, surgeon and woman. We need to support the woman who know our pain and can treat it. I had an amazing outcome from my surgery with her, and she showed me respect for my choices both times and honoured my preferences by practicing her best medicine according to my choices.
