All three of them unanimously confirmed that the problem was not due to a pothole, but rather a result of incorrect wheel alignment. Armed with this information, I decided to return to Goodyear Murrumba Downs to discuss the matter further. Upon returning to the shop and explaining the situation, I was met with surprising resistance from the owner. Despite the overwhelming consensus from multiple experts that the issue stemmed from a misaligned wheel, the owner remained steadfast in blaming me for hitting a pothole. I don’t know how many times they scammed me over the year I went there but after a service here with ridiculous amounts of “repairs” needed, I got a second opinion from another mechanic. This place told me my aircon needed refilling but when I got it checked by another mechanic, it was full! They were just trying to charge me $$$ for literally nothing. Will never go here again.
