"Very disappointed by this garage, unprofessional and rude manager ! We went there for the service of our camper van (built by a professional), at first we were quite satisfied by the friendly staff (both the secretary and the mechanic) and the fact that they accepted to take it quickly. When we came to pick it up, everything seemed to be fine but when we arrived at the caravan park at the end of the day and we discovered that they broke our kitchen without informing us we were very upset and disappointed! As we were working during the opening hours of the garage and we needed to leave Rosewood a few days after, we didn't have a chance to meet the manager of the garage to talk about it face to face. We discussed by phone with the team that finally admitted that they broke the kitchen. But then when we discussed with the manager to find an arrangement he was very rude with us, he lied to us telling that they didn't broke our kitchen. We tried to discussed about it by email but finally he didn't consider it was worth answering us..."
"Highly unprofessional. My father went in this morning to get the aircon fixed in our SAAB. He re-gassed the aircon right after telling my father that the compressor was broken He also broke two tires after deciding that they needed to be pumped up again (when it was completely unnecessary) The woman told my father that it was the mechanic that broke the tires but the mechanic proceeded to tell my father that they were broken when he came in. (Which is a complete lie) My father had to pay extra for his incompetence and he was extremely condescending. The first and last time we will ever come here. Do not recommend these scam artists."
