"Not usually one for posting reviews but can’t say enough good things about the service at Scorpion. Started experiencing issues with our Forester while driving from Sydney to Brisbane. With only 5 days - one a Sunday and one a Public Holiday - before our return trip to Sydney, we were a bit stressed about whether we’d be able to get it fixed in time, but Michael was amazing. On describing the issue over the phone he was immediately able to diagnose exactly what it would be and provide a quote to repair it. Not only that, but he made room in his schedule for us to drop the car off within the hour, and had it all sorted for pickup by the end of the day - all for a very reasonable price. I even got back in the car to see that a few other small things that had needed fixing with some interior controls had been done without mention or charge. Top notch service and workmanship and was an absolute lifesaver for us. Thanks again!"

"I would stay away from this place. The driver side of my car was damaged while it was in service. I took it into the shop first thing in Monday morning, he dismissed my complaint saying he has cameras installed everywhere and he would look in to it and will get back to me. He wouldn't even let me speak and share my perspective. The next day I rang him, he aggressively said that I am not welcome at the shop anymore as I accused them of something that they "haven't done". I couldn't believe a person can treat someone with so little respect. I am sure the damage was caused in his Garage. Even if you are a good mechanic you need to treat customers with respect."

"Honestly was nerve racking to trust another mechanic to rebuild part of my foresters engine initially knowing I've had a reliable local mechanic for years. Im glad to say you can put your worries aside with Scorpion All Wheel Drive. Engine was pinging with gaskets leaking oil and the job on my engine was done professionally. Have zero problems with it so far. Everyone is super friendly and Michael always takes the time to explain why certain component changes/repairs are needed that other mechanics don't find in general servicing.
