"I would give zero stars if it was possible. I was driving my car and was hit from behind by a man insured by WFI. They had my car in a towing company's holding yard for 10 weeks before they even bothered to go and look at it. I need a ute for work, so it was a huge inconvenience and cost me literally hundreds of dollars just to have a ute in the meantime. The lady who called to give me my payout figure was, to put it nicely, a truly horrible and discourtious person with no consideration for my situation and zero respect for the fact that I was not at fault. Also, they were told by the towing comoany that they would be charged $65p/d for storing the vehicle. When it came time to pay up they simply refused to do so. I would strongly recommend staying as far away from this company, or anyone insured by this comany as you can at all times."
