"Customerservice maybe great if you have a toyota that is from the current production line but if you have an older model these guys are not willing to help at all. I called them because I needed to have these adhesive foam stripes to attach weathershields to my 2000 toyota hiace. They had the adhesive there including the windshields for the current hiace but refused to sell to me just the adhesive if I am not buying the windshields as well. I understand if they can't help you if you are after a specific part from an outdated model.....in that case you are better of at the wreckers......but to be not willing to sell something unspecific like adhesive to you which they have there accordingly to themselfes is just zero customer service and makes you feel you are not worth their time just because you don't have a current model. Really poor toyota!!!"
