"A company I have a franchise with suggested using Marsh Advantage as our insurance broker. As I was not interested in changing providers I did contact them in anyway. A representative of the company did call me but I did answer or then call them back. I however did receive an invoice stating I owed them $975 or my business would not be covered. This invoice was sent on a Saturday night. These type of tactics are an attempt to intimidate and bully. An apology email was sent saying an IT error had occurred. I don't think so. Why was an invoice even generated when I, personally have never had contact with them. You can only imagine what trying to make a claim through them would be like if this is how they run their business. This is for the National HQ no particular outlet."
"I normally don't leave negative reviews as I always feel it might be a one off experience. But with this company we suffered under their terrible client service that I felt I just had to leave a message to potentially help other companies that are looking for a prompt and friendly service. They lost our application, once found dragged out the application forever, not able to get in contact with them, if so the service is highly questionable, you are able to leave a call back message too bad no one actually calls back ever, etc etc. Wonder what happens if you actually have a claim?? Ugh!"
