"Driver arrived, sat in his truck for 5 minutes then went for a look in the back, waited another 5 minutes and came to the house and said he doesn’t have it. It was scheduled to arrive 2 days later after I called and told them to leave it on my deck, they arrived and just drove off and said there was no where to leave it. I call again and demand they leave it on the deck where it’s safe, so they drop it in the drive way where anyone could have taken it. 2 day delivery took them 2 weeks. Will not be buying anything from anyone who uses them for freight!"
"Terrible delivery. The courier asked my name. Went to walk away. Leaving my HEADBOARD out side . I said stop please can you bring it inside? He pushed it in the door and walked away. I live along I’m 71 with a back condition. NEVER again will I order from MYER. I’m disgusted with Hunter Express."
"Zero rating for this hopeless Company. Never use them, they don't care. They lost my order and didn't even bother to advise. Still missing in action and its approaching 2 months. Thinking of using Hunter Express? ...run......to avoid disappointment. I rang them several times. All they could do was put energy into why they have delivery issues. Not my problem. Deal with their own problems and sort it out. "Title: Hunter Express Couriers - A Nightmare of Laziness and Incompetence Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Hunter Express Couriers, and I must say that it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I am appalled by their level of laziness, lack of customer service, and utter disregard for the importance of timely freight delivery. First and foremost, their laziness was evident right from the beginning. When I called their customer service hotline to inquire about my package, I was met with disinterest and apathy. It seemed like the representative couldn't care less about my concerns, and I had to repeat my tracking number multiple times as they seemed more interested in chatting with their colleagues than addressing my issue. Moving on to their customer service, or rather the lack thereof, it was a total disaster. I attempted to communicate my urgent need for the package, but it fell on deaf ears. Emails and follow-up calls were met with silence, leaving me feeling completely ignored and disregarded as a customer. It's astonishing how a company can survive in this competitive industry with such abysmal customer care. The most infuriating aspect of my experience with Hunter Express Couriers was their terrible freight times. Despite paying for an expedited shipping option, my package seemed to be on a never-ending vacation in their warehouse. Tracking updates were sporadic, leaving me clueless about the whereabouts of my shipment for days on end. It's like they have no sense of urgency or respect for their customers' time. Lastly, and perhaps most disappointingly, it was evident that Hunter Express Couriers had no care for the responsibility they hold. My package arrived damaged previously, with no indication of any attempt to handle it with care. The contents were clearly mishandled, and there was no sign of remorse or willingness to rectify the situation when I reached out to them about the damage. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against using Hunter Express Couriers for any shipping needs. Their laziness, lack of customer service, and disregard for timely deliveries are simply unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and choose a more reliable and customer-centric courier service."
"How is this a safe place to leave a package!? Sent them multiple emails telling them to at least leave it laying down in my parking spot (which they would have driven by) since their website said "no pick up points or depot... Don't run a freight company if you can't do it right! I gave no authority for my delivery to be left!"
