"I visited this post office to obtain a passport renewal form, but was told by the attendant, that these could only be obtained online. I didn't think this was the case but went home and downloaded one anyway. I returned to this post office with the completed forms, only to be told that they do not handle passport renewals. Would of made sense to tell me that in the first place (if in fact, that is correct)! I drove to a neiboring post office, who had all forms avalable and were happy to process the application."
