"I genuinely cannot fathom how this "business" still exists or why companies use their non-service. I am currently several weeks in to trying to find a package that our driveway camera captured the Aramex courier bringing to our driveway and then taking it back to the van without attempting to open the gate or even leave a calling card so I knew where it went and could pick it up. The online tracking system is utterly abysmal so gave me no information about where my package was, and any attempt to contact Aramex is like banging your head into a brick wall. I cringe whenever I see a company I order from uses Aramex, and on more than one occasion, have chosen not to purchase from a company that uses Aramex as it's delivery provider as I just don't have the time to constantly chase up this rude and incompetent business."

"Waiting for important parcel for work and get an email saying no one was there yet my employee was there all day, they said attempted delivery at 1:10pm yet I have security cameras all around site and the truck never even came onto site. He was too lazy to do his job so just went to the depot and made no attempt at delivering the package. Now I’m without vital parts for work until god knows when next week."

"They used to be good, quick delivery and reliable. But not any more. They Lost my recent parcel, not possible to contact the depot or get any help. It is stuck in transit between depots for days and the parce was time sensitive. All calls at an offshore centre so they can’t do anything to help **just an edit in response to your reply. I have contacted your help centre several times and been told there is nothing that can be done. I asked if I could make a complaint and they hung up on me. this response below is just to try to save their reputation. There is no help available. It's been 4 days - my time sensitive parcel is clearly lost but the help centre can't do anything than create a ticket. If I could speak to someone at the actual depot they could try to find it. It was only a 2 hour courier, it should not take 4+ days."

"Absolutely atrocious! After waiting all this time 11 days after sitting at the sorting facility.. no email to say delivery was made today? And look where there just threw it into the yard..... Are they blind and can't read?? Parcels have been stolen in the past like this, which is why there a sign on the gate. Hopeless! #### I can't reply to you Aramex on here... but I can tell you, I HAVE raised tickets since my Ebay purchase April 21st. To have had to wait while it sits in one of ur sorting facilities all that time until today is ridiculous. I'm not creating another ticket. I urge all EBay sellers to use a diff delivery partner. This hasn't been the 1st time or even 10th time this has happened to me."

"Aramex is the courier used by my pet food provider. They have delivered to us on many occasions and are generally very good however on the most recent delivery I was underwhelmed and disappointed. Based on their tracking they were supposed to deliver on a date which they missed which is fine and expected from time to time but we needed the delivery before we went on vacation the next day. I emailed them to request delivery two business days later when we would be at home instead they delivered the next business day. We weren’t home and further more they asserted to drop in a ‘safe’ location. Their definition of safe is different to mine. I sent the photo and challenged their assertions of a safe drop and their response was the sender had not paid for signature based delivery which didn’t addresses my very reasonable request. I was not impressed with two aspects of this experience a) Not accommodating our requirements given they were late b) brushing off my request with the signature explanation."
