"I am super exhausted as a receiver of my e-scooter. I have torn ligaments on my knee and need to do some physical therapy sections. Also not convenient to travel to Dara to pick up my parcel. Canceled the last 3 day appointments just to stay home waiting to receive my parcel just only to be announced that I was not home so they brought mine back to Dara and made me to come and collect. Which was ridiculous and confusing since was home whole day. Then I called and was promised that they would resend it to me the next day, still nothing and they re arrange next week. Basically I wasted days for nothing. This is too inconvenient and frustrating, horrible experience and I felt disrespected going through all of this."
"I live in an apartment complex. Had no options to provide delivery instructions so figured the postie would call me when they attempted to deliver. Instead I got a text that it could not be delivered (29min after the failed delivery) and they’d ‘try again’ Called up to work out what this meant, the automated response said it’s still on the truck and will be delivered again by 5. Stayed on the line, spoke to customer service who told me it is in fact at the post office now (it wasn’t) far out man, guess I’ve gotta camp on the roadside next time until it arrives"
"Delivery doesn't mean delivering to the post office next to your depot in Darra, forcing people to drive from all over Brisbane to collect their parcel (which wasn't even there!). Worst company I have ever dealt with."
"Very bad at scanning freights, spoke to five ppl at start track help centre and every single one of them has a different story intel I got a useful operator who arranged and assigned a person for a physical search and locate my item. I really have no idea why they have tracking and due date for delivery when they are most of the time wrong. If you use star track express for your business then expect to lose customers and you wouldn’t even know why you lost them. As for me will check next time what freight transport company the seller using before I make a purchase. It’s funny how Australia Post Own stat track and Australia Post are way better."
"Horrible service. I’ve waited 2 weeks for my items from work. They sent it straight to Durra (I live 45 mins away) Customer service were unhelpful so I googled the re delivery option online. I SPECIFIED that I give authority to leave at the house. I come home to a ‘Sorry we missed you’ card on my door. I pick my 6 huge boxes up from the post office in peak hour."
