They'll cancel your booking last minute with the excuse of truck mechanical issues or driver issues and then string you along for your refund, which they have no intention of returning to you. Save yourself the stress and use a reputable company. These people are scam artists."
"These guys are absolutely brilliant. Very professional and communication is excellent. Unfortunately their truck has a mechanical issue and they are trying 110% to resolve. Not their fault there’s a mechanical issue and trusting customers would understand this. I’d highly recommend them due to their honesty and working ethic to make moves as simple as possible. Mick and Ethan worked tremendously moving our home. Definitely would use M & H removals again and would be happy to refer them onto anyone looking for a Removalist."
"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company doesn’t know how to run a business. This company “lost” 2 of our boxes during transit and stated they were never there. They also damaged our furniture and have since been ghosting us and blaming us for the damage although it was them that disassembled and reassembled the furniture. We have lost one box containing multiple old iPhones and important electrical cords for computers and tvs and another with high sentimental value. Joel and brad who moved our items stated concerns with this “new business” and were obviously disgruntled with their employer. PLEASE BE AWARE. They are cheap, but it’s obviously for a reason. It’s not worth losing your property over."
"I paid up front for my move weeks in advance. 1 week later I rang and said I couldn’t move and I need to cancel. Still weeks in advance. I was assured by Hannah I would get a full refund in 2 weeks even the 20% they keep she’d give me with so much notice. It’s been approximately 6 weeks now I have not got my refund. At first Hannah was telling me , yes end of the week and this went on for 3 weeks. Then she’s blocked me and I can no longer communicate with her. Now I’m taking them to small claims court. Who’d ever think this would happen with a Removalist and I did nothing wrong except ringing and seeing what the hold up with my refund was. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR MONEY."
