"13 minutes ago I went today not knowing what to do as it was my first time to collect my cargo. There was no signage for newbies like me. The only sign I could see was reception. So I went to reception. I went in there was no one there. There was a bell on the counter ... Ring for service. So I rang the bell. Nothing. So I rang it again. Nothing. So I rang it a third time. Then behind me a door opened and in the room there were 2 ladies having a meeting or something. I smiled and was just about to say hello ... But before I had time they closed the door after they both gave me a dirty look .. the look of you are annoying go away ETC. Wow great service..... NOT !! How rude Someone did finally help me... She was nice and said I was in the wrong place etc but if you don't know the place there is no signage for newbies. So thumbs down to the 2 angry looking ladies in the office Maybe they don't like people but if they really think about it if it wasn't for me. The customer they wouldn't have a job at all. !!! Especially in these difficult times. They didn't even manage to say anything to me. Really really really rude. After that everyone was great. I just needed to get this out of my system. Thumbs down to you two ladies in the office having a meeting and giving me a dirty look. Thumbs down You should be thankful you even have a job and remember without me you don't get paid !! I am the customer I may have looked daggy in my old clothes but I am actually the owner of my import business but now things are tough I am doing the work I used to pay people to do. I am now picking up my own cargo in the truck. Thumbs down."
