"As a truck driver, coming to this place is the worst. I quit after a few weeks of coming to this place. Sit in the call up area for hours on end, no toilet, no amenities, in a day cab truck. The machines mess up and we get the blame or they just don't answer the intercom."

Rang the Customer Care Centre, and told them the phone lines aren't working and got yelled at that they can't do anything because the phone number for Customer Care is actually for Vessel scheduling.. "The least amount of hassles for the most amount of productivity. I have had the least amount of problems with DP World Port of Brisbane. Not naming the other wharfs, but in the last 12 months, I've only ever had one night in excess of a 2 hour turn around time pulling imports out of DP World. The other wharfs have frequently had to waive wrong zones due to their lack of ability to service the demand."
