Wasted my time waiting at home. And now it won't be delivered till at the earliest, next Monday. What a waste of my time. So many calls and hardly any information."

"This would have to be one of the worst freight company's that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Three and a half weeks waiting for them to deliver my shipment from Perth to Hervey Bay QLD. After several calls to their customer service team, I was assured that it would be delivered this week and tracking information has had it showing as "out for delivery" for the past 3 days. Called customer service again on Friday morning and was told that it was definately on the truck for delivery to me today. Well guess what.... today has been and gone and still no sign of it! Don't even bother calling their customer service team, because all you will get told are lies!"
