"Excellent service. Went by the car ferry on the way to North Straddie and there was a lovely Cafe. On the way back to Brisbane (cleveland) went by passenger ferry ⛴️ Half an hour. Quick!"
"Took the passenger ferry to Stradbroke with a couple of friends was a smooth and pleasant ride both there and back. The online ticket purchase was simple and easy, I think tickets can also be purchased on board. Carpark at Cleveland was a bit full, so it took a bit longer than I expected to find a space, luckily we panned in advance and were there early enough."
"They did the job. Signage was great - both on the road and after we parked. It was very clear where to go, both for passengers and vehicles. The ferry stop(?) itself was well maintained and the staff were efficient. I like how they had the information outside (see image)- you could see the timetable and the map of where the boat/ferry goes. They also gave some info about the highlights of the island. The boat itself was clean and had plenty of good seating options (both indoors and outdoors). They have a few pamphlets available too to tell you where you can go and what you can do on the island. The ride from Cleveland to North Stradbroke island was about 45 minutes, so it is definitely advisable to bring a game or book, or figure out what you’ll do on the island. The best part is probably the timing of the ferries. They time them to align with the buses, which is perfect for passengers!! (Also, you can bring dogs, but they’ll need to be muzzled and on leash)."
"Excellent service. We took the passenger ferry and appreciated the prompt departure, friendly service, clean and tidy interior with comfortable seats, and arrival/departure all on time. The bus service on the island is timed perfectly to collect Ferry passengers and transport them to the various beaches and towns around the island. Great for a day trip or a longer stay. The whole process was very easy, though do make sure to arrive early enough to find a car park and allow time to walk back to the ferry terminal as parking can be in high demand over the summer holidays and busy times."
"The service offered by this group was fantastic. The people who greeted onto the ferry were great and Mia who answered the phone was very helpful and friendly."
