"We requested and paid for the Black Mercedes Van advertised on the website for a staff Xmas Party, yet to our embarrassing surprise what arrived was a beaten up old van posing as a "party bus". I have made a formal complaint and awaiting reply. Limoso...your staff need to show some attention to clients clear requests. It's poor form to fail in delivering what you both advertise and charge for. Lift Your Game. Partial refund and an apology will be accepted. UPDATE: NOT EVEN AN EMAIL REPLY OR ANYTHING. WELL DONE GUYS WELL DONE!!!!!"
"I booked Limoso for my bridal car in Nov 2022 for my wedding because they had so many great reviews. Paid about $200/hr for a wedding package in Brisbane including arrival to the ceremony, going to and from a photoshoot, and a hotel transfer from the venue at the end of the night. My husband and I expected premium service levels noting the high costs and the significance of the event. They also included bridal ribbons and a red carpet as part of their wedding package, so in the booking I specified when we wanted use of the red carpet for the photoshoot transfers. On the day of the wedding, things started off great. The driver was friendly, we had the car ribbons and the car itself was very luxurious. However, the driver noted that the bookings team had decided to schedule a transfer for him to attend in Coolangatta following our photoshoot, which meant he may be a bit late for our hotel transfer. No biggie (initially). However, things went downhill from there. The red carpet was not organised during the photoshoot transfers (despite me seeing the red carpet in the boot) - again, not the biggest deal. The biggest problem was that the end of night hotel transfer ended up being 45mins late due to the Coolangatta transfer. This led my husband and myself to being the last people to leave our own wedding when the venue was closing up for the night. It was extremely poor form, and we ended up leaving with my sister-in-law (right when the car finally turned up!). It baffles me that Limoso decided not to prioritise a wedding transfer and decided the driver should attend a transfer in Coolangatta in-between our bookings, therefore putting our hotel transfer at risk. If it was a short delay, that would have been fine. But 45mins was unacceptable. Following that, it took many weeks for Limoso to acknowledge that we were entitled to a refund and over a month to actually issue the refund for the hotel transfer as the minimum acceptable compensation. Everytime we called and emailed, we would speak to a new person who would say 'nothing was on record' when we continuously followed up with them on the poor experience and refund. It was an extremely frustrating process, but over a month later I finally received the money. Overall, Limoso charges high end prices for a supposed high end experience, and yet treats its customers poorly and clearly decided to prioritise making money than my and my husband's wedding experience. I hope they will treat future wedding couples that book with them more respect for the occasion."

"Take your money elsewhere. Really disappointed with this company. Have used them for years, the drivers are friendly. I booked a car for State of Origin 2022 on April 18, 12 weeks before the event. Yesterday, they rang me to let me know that their system had made an “error” and that I would need to pay the new price to keep my booking as it was a now considered a premium event. This new price is considerably higher. When I have used them in the past for other games that are now called “Premium Events” e.g (State of Origin 2021, and NRL Grand Final 2021, Bledisloe Cup) there was never a “Premium event charge”, I have never seen anything like it in all the years I have used their service. This is clearly something they have added to their pricing models since my booking and they don’t like the fact that I had booked so far in advance that they were unable to charge this new inflated amount to me. The right thing to do would be to wear this cost and honour the booking that I paid for 10 weeks ago. Any business worth their salt, would admit their error, and move on. Not Limoso. What I got instead, was a very pushy phone call from them saying if I didn’t pay the new price they would cancel my booking. Yep, some solid customer service there. My phone cut out so I was unable to decide either way, but they had already made the decision for me. They cancelled my booking. Supported them through covid with bookings, many times we were the only booking for them that night. Tried talking to someone on the phone today to rectify the situation and I was accused of inflammatory remarks and constantly talked over the top of. They were clearly more interested in saving face than actually trying to help salvage an irreparable customer relationship. This company has no integrity. Take your business elsewhere, these guys clearly don’t deserve it."
