"You send two men to deliver a fridge who refuse to carry it up a staircase for a young mother looking after two infants? Dispicable people, from the company policy, to the employees. Truly disgraceful and shameful behaviour. I mean if you have two men there, carry the bloody fridge up the stairs for her. One pathetic excuse for a man was named Hamzah - absolute weasel."

I watched as two delivery men struggled to reverse a truck (almost hit our bin), transport the fridge to the front door (almost fell off the Dolley) and to get the fridge up the stairs. Granted, the stairs were a bit tricky to manoeuvre but they were very quick to give up. I watched both men struggle to come to some solution. I have to commend the driver as it wasn't only his fault, the guy assisting him was useless at best. It would be best to employ people who are used to lifting heavy objects on a regular basis. The fridge was then left at the bottom of the stairs blocking the stairway and doorway. Fortunately I spotted this before they left and asked them to move it to the garage, somewhere more appropriate. For a company that prides themselves on "1st class service" this is not what we received. I understand that it was hard delivery but when I spoke with Matt via their contact information he was more concerned that the delivery guys had "other jobs to do as well". Very disappointed as we now had to engage another company to finish off the job they couldn't. Would give 0 stars if I could"
