Welcome to Ferntree Gully Children's Centre, a family owned and operated child care centre and Kindergarten nestled at the foothills of the picturesque Dandenong Ranges in Australia. For over 20 years, we have been proudly educating and caring for children in our community, serving families from Ferntree Gully, Boronia, Knoxfield, Scoresby, Bayswater, Upwey, Tecoma, The Basin, and surrounding areas.

Our purpose-built buildings have been architecturally designed to maximize natural lighting, creating a bright and inviting space for your child to learn and play. With direct access to outdoor play environments, your child will have plenty of opportunities to explore and connect with nature.
In our Toddler room, our educators interact with the children in a gentle and nurturing manner. There are various experiences available for them, including blocks, books, puzzles, dolls, play kitchen, and art activities. As your child progresses to the Pre-Kinder room, they will be warmly welcomed by our educators, who take the time to greet each child individually. It's not uncommon for the children to greet their educators with a warm hug or a friendly smile.
Our wonderful Kinder environment is located in a separate purpose-built section of our centre. Here, our children are encouraged to resource their own learning by making positive choices and incorporating their interests. They also learn and embody our room values, fostering independence and confidence.

"When I tried to communicate with this service about supervision and the amount of incidents that were happening I was told that the service could not accomodate, we should leave and hire a nanny. The centre manager does not understand how to communicate without being condescending and offensive. The staff in the rooms were lovely and very hard working. But management is from the top down. Since we have moved we have realised just how bad this centre handle situations. Not recommended."
"Our child attended Ferntree Gully Children's Centre for 3 years, and although it wasn't the closest, it was by far the best. The educators and owners of this centre really care about the children and their development, this is not only shown by the pride taken in the presentation of the centre but also just simply observing how they interact with the children and the way the kids light up when they see their favourite educator. We were also highly impressed with the communication provided to parents to keep them updated on what's happening around the centre, but also with your child. If you're looking for a childcare centre or kinder where the children are the number one priority (and their development), then I can not recommend this place enough. It's not part of a big chain either, it's a family owned business where you can easily have a chat with the owners if you ever have any concerns. Our child still talks fondly of his time at Ferntree Gully Children's Centre, even though he hasn't been there for over 12 months. We recommend this centre to all our friends and family in the area, and strongly recommend checking them out if you're after a centre where your child feels welcome."
"Could not be happier with this child care centre. The staff have been amazing. It's a very welcoming place and the educators are very attentive. We are unfortunately moving from the area and have been looking at new centres for our child and it's made us realise even more how fantastic the place is.
