Max Brenner - Carindale 1151 Creek Road, Carindale, Queensland 4152

"Do not order here. Ordered through uber eats because Max Brenner - Southbank was offline. The usual brownie sundae I ordered was legitimately 1/3 the size from this store. They cut up 1 brownie and 1 scoop of icecream. Forgot to send the chocolate lick as well. So we ended up paying $20 (plus delivery) for 1 small brownie the size of a marshmello, and 1 scoop of vanilla icecream. This is appalling. I've attached what we have received untouched. Update second photo is same order from southbank store"

"Came for the pancakes and it was very yummy. Presentation is superb. Coffee was great! Staffs were very friendly as well. A bit pricey for a pancake but it was delicious."

"Came here on a quiet Sunday arvo, which quickly escalated to busy after 1pm. Anyway, the menus were on the QR code, which you had scan to get the app, to read a menu. Realllllly long time for the app to install, then asked me for my DOB, name, etc, etc, etc. I've used apps in restaurants before without this much drama. But ain't nobody got time for that much of a wait. Yikes. Ended up just picking something random from the menu behind the counter. Service was fine, nice atmosphere, tasty drinks. It's a fun experience, except for the app which detracted from it, and why I only gave 3 stars, so probably won't make a return anytime soon."

"Filthy! No one cleans the tables, filthy cutlery. Do not recommend. Thank you owner, I appreciate your feedback and would like to explain our experience for clarity. My husband and I were out for our 10year wedding anniversary and noticed your Carindale store, we remembered having a good experience at a different location so decided we would pop in. Upon arrival we were greeted, served which I can't fault that. Looking around to be seated we quickly noticed tables full of dirty dishes and a few tables that needed wiping so we avoided those. While being seated we were served our food which included cutlery that still had remnants of the last customers order. These were kindly swapped out for a clean set and we continued to dine. The store did not have many patrons and at one point my husband and I were the only ones there. We spent approximately 45 minutes in your store and the photos attached are the tables that were close to us and how we saw them when we arrived and sadly they sat like that until we left. We stayed because we really wanted to enjoy the experience but we ended up walking away asking ourselves if the front of house is left like that what's the back look like... I hope your store does improve, so I can update and change my review to positive one at some point in the future."
