Our name, KIVAHAN, is inspired by the world's first coffee shop that opened in Constantinople (Istanbul), Turkey in 1475. With a Turkish background, one of our founders wanted to pay homage to the rich history of coffee. In fact, coffee was so important in Turkish culture that it was legal for a woman to divorce her husband if he failed to provide her with her daily cup!

As a roaster, we take great care in sourcing the finest organic coffees from around the world. We establish relationships with farmers who cultivate exceptional beans, and we roast them with meticulous attention to detail. Our coffee is a curated blend of three of the finest organic coffees, resulting in a rich and flavorful cup.

To ensure the highest quality, we use the best espresso systems in the world. Our Modbar group heads, handcrafted in Tuscany, Italy, are equipped with La Marzocco's latest espresso technology. This ensures precision and consistency in every extraction, allowing us to deliver a coffee experience that embodies artistry and passion in every sip.

We are proud to serve 100% Certified Organic coffee, meaning no chemicals or pesticides are used in the producing country of origin.
