AMIGA Montessori Alamanda 7 Adelphi Boulevard, Point Cook, Victoria 3030
About the Business
Welcome to AMIGA Montessori Alamanda, a renowned establishment located at Point Cook, Adelphi Boulevard, 7 in Australia. As an esteemed institution, we follow the Montessori method of teaching, which was developed by the visionary Dr Maria Montessori in 1907.
Dr. Montessori's educational methods are rooted in scientific observations of children's natural learning tendencies and their innate willingness to learn in an environment that is carefully prepared for their needs. Understanding that children have an inherent ability to teach themselves, Dr. Montessori designed what she called the "prepared environment." This environment allows children to freely choose from a range of developmentally appropriate activities.
At AMIGA Montessori Alamanda, we firmly believe that children learn best when they are in control of their own learning experiences. We value their individual interests and passions, allowing them to drive their educational journey at their own pace. By doing so, we create an environment where their imagination can flourish without being burdened by clutter or overload.
Our dedicated team of educators is committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can explore, discover, and grow. We understand the importance of fostering independence, critical thinking, and a love for learning in every child that walks through our doors.
In addition to our exceptional educational approach, we also offer a wide range of facilities and resources to support holistic development. Our campus is equipped with state-of-the-art classrooms, outdoor play areas, and specialized materials that are designed to enhance children's learning experience.
We invite you to join the AMIGA Montessori Alamanda family and witness the transformative power of the Montessori method. Contact us today to schedule a visit and learn more about how we can provide your child with a solid foundation for lifelong learning and success.

"Both my kids attended amiga Montessori Alamanda. The centre is clean and well organised. Staff is amazing. Friendly, caring and fun. The learning structure seems very effective as we see our kids getting more confident, independent, social. Also improving their academic skills in a fun way. My kids absolutely love going to the child care. They have a great book corner where children can borrow books to read at home. Nice meal options too. We are so glad we choose Amiga alamanda and highly recommend it."
"I highly recommend this centre. My son transferred at the start of the year from a more conventional childcare to Amiga because of the drop in care at the old centre and the location. Initially myhusband and I were very unsure about the highly structured environment but my son loves it. My son went from not wanting to go to childcare(old) to putting on his backpack himself and starting my the door. I am seeing the confidence and willingness to learn increase everyday. The staff and enducators are a joy to deal with. Their love for the kids and job are also very obvious. Thank you!"
"Both my sons attended this center and both love it. Being a montessori childcare it is comparatively more structured which I personally found it useful as my kids are already well prepared for attending long session classes and following their class routines. I also found that at Amiga, they are provided enough challenges in a fun way that keeps them engaged even after they started their kinder 4. Most of the staff & educators had been working there for a while so they are very experience and friendly too. I highly recommend this centre."
"My older son attended the Alamanda Montessori since the centre was newly opened. I was so impressed the change it made to my son. He became a lot more independent & he made so many friends there. He used to hate going to childcare & he rarely eats well. However he started loving to go to the childcare since attended the Alamanda Montessori also he loves the food there, he started eating a lot!! Now my younger son turned 3 yo & I also sent him to the same centre. He loved how nice & clean the centre is & always happy to go. He started talking confident & also started eating different food. All the staffs in the Centre are so friendly & accountable. I recommend the Alamanda Montessori to everyone!!"
