"First time trying Project Salubrious and WOW! the food was amazing... we got a few different things and shared so we could get a taste of everything...Highly recommend the Sriracha Chicken...but the Lamb Koftas, Arancini and Tiramisu for dessert were all delicious... everyone there was so lovely .. Will definitely be back..Great to support a local business, that also supports local business..."
"My husband and I attended the Spanish Tappas cooking class with Kurt last night. The food was absolutely Devine! The atmosphere was casual yet professional. Lots of laughs as he mentored each of us through the workings of the commercial kitchen allowing us to experiment and cook our hearts out. Sitting down with our fellow “chefs” to enjoy the meal was filled with stories and laughter. Highly recommend as a date night or outing to learn more about cooking with fresh food. Totally inspired now to cook with Jerusalem artichokes! Thanks Chef!"
"Lovely spot set up off the road. Minimalistic Decor really suits the clean healthy approach to food. Very welcome different approach to food and drinks. Great tasting flavour combinations you just don't find elsewhere with chef Kurt making amazing food."
"Beautiful airy café with welcoming and friendly staff. The owner Kurt is also around to say hello and ask how the food is. I’ve been here twice and the service is great and food is tasty. Nice to have gluten-free and dairy-free food made with intention rather than an afterthought. Coffee and hot chocolate are great. Chai was bland. All the food and sweets we’ve tasted have been great. This will definitely be a regular place to eat for me."
