"I took my daughter for a centre tour at Werribee Kids and I can honestly say of all the daycare tours I've been on this centre provided the BEST tour. Fiona took us on our tour and she was wonderful, very thorough, kind and welcoming. When my daughter was looking around, playing with toys I called her to come back with me but Fiona was more than happy for her to explore, have a look around and wait until she was ready before moving on to another room or outdoors. She included my daughter, speaking to her too and noticed the particular things she was drawn to which was really nice. She answered any questions I had and did not rush the tour like most centres I've been to. My daughter wanted to stay, which I told her we would come back for orientation to have a play and so she could get to know the room teachers and other children in the room. After the tour my daughter told me she had "So much fun!". She couldn't stop talking about it and asking how many more days until she could go back and have a play. I have since enrolled my daughter and she has settled in so well. She has made lots of friends and likes her educators, she approaches them when she needs to, which shows me she is comfortable and really enjoying being there. The educators update you throughout the day when your child/children have eaten etc and also upload photos and a story about what they've done throughout their day. The centre director Naima is easy to approach if you have any questions or anything and she is really welcoming too. Communication has always been really good. On one of my daughters orientation days they had elderly residents from estia visit. My daughter got to be apart of that which she LOVED! Naima and the educators have all been lovely, welcoming and I can leave my daughter on her days she attends knowing she will be well looked after and cared for. The centre is new and absolutely beautiful, the rooms are set up really well and the outdoor areas are amazing also. There's so much to keep the kids entertained, also there's a vegetable garden the kids get to look after and harvest. Also from what I have seen, the staff are always interacting with the children or setting activities up for them, helping them, teaching them etc. It's really lovely to see passionate educators in the rooms. I am so glad we came for a centre tour, I was on the verge of giving up looking at centres, until we decided to have a look at Werribee kids as they opened maybe only a week before we came for a tour, and I am so glad we did. I highly recommend coming for a tour and going from there."
