"Regular customer. The last 3 months have taken a downturn at zarrafas morayfield. Coffee tastes like water, 2 breakfast items, lecrunch and the cheese and ham triangle, BOTH HEAVILY BURNT... and don't get me started on the customer service, it used to be great, friendly and inviting, but now it is always smirks and rudeness and obvious hostility, why?!?! Probably because I ordered a decaf... and just to rehash, I am a regular, but no more.. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for a while, I thought the staff might be new and just needed training. NOPE. Rude and hopeless bunch.. Smirks are not smiles!"
"Always great coffee I have never had a bad coffee in a great deal of trips, staff always are happy, on occasion are busy but not unreasonably slow, on rare occasions when they are they have always offered a voucher. It's kept very clean and well presented."
