Our center is proud to offer a funded Kindergarten program, led by a Bachelor-qualified Early Childhood Teacher. This program is designed to prepare your child for their next big steps in school, and we work closely with parents to ensure a successful transition. Our child-led curriculum focuses on building confident and active learners, combining school readiness with learning experiences that foster social and emotional development.

My name is Shari Smith, and I am the Service Manager at Busy Bees at Cranbourne. With 12 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education sector and a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), I am dedicated to creating natural learning spaces that encourage play-based learning and empower children to become active participants in their own education. I strive to provide a loving, caring, and inclusive environment where children, families, and educators feel safe, respected, and supported.

As the Assistant Service Manager and Educational Leader, my name is Brittney. With 8 years of experience in the childcare sector and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, I am passionate about supporting children's development and creating a welcoming environment for all backgrounds, religions, races, and genders.
