"Served papers at 11:59am on the 21st February as per clients instructions (with proof), was contacted by court to say they have no contact information for the defendant and responded with how to get these details as they refuse contact with me, solicitor said he had just become aware of the case on the 3rd March when court is holding the hearing at 10am Monday the 6th. Wouldn't want to need the service if they want to place blame on everyone else for them choosing not to do their job properly because "it's everyone else fault but mine!" Rude, abrupt and incompetent as far as my interactions go."
