"Harvey Norman have given me the run around like no other when trying to return two items. I tried to return to my local Harvey Norman, but was advised that I had to return to Geebung because it was the bathroom store and it was not possible to return at their store. Geebung is nowhere near where I live and would be at great inconvenience for me to drive there, so I made sure to call first before I made the drive specifically to Geebung. I was advised that as long as I had the receipt that I could return it - no problems. I got there, and they advised that I could have returned it to any Harvey Norman and that their policy was not to receive returns that were greater than 28 days. As such, they would not accept my return. After being given the run around and driven way out of my way to two Harvey Norman’s across Brisbane, this customer service is absolutely terrible, especially considering the original purchase was for two complete bathroom renovations costing thousands, and I just wanted to return two small items."
"We have attended the Geebung store many times over the last 3 years and spent many thousands of dollars. We always ask for Zac Fuller because he knows all the intimate details of each product including warranties, past performance etc. He is extremely polite and courteous and nothing is too much trouble. All available options are clearly provided. He often works in extreme heat due to the factory floor conditions. Zac is a solid performer who is an asset to the Manager and his team."
