"Turned up, saw an awesome looking fridge, sold us and everyone was happy. Approximately 2 months of having nil issues, the fridge started to loose the cooling function. Getting in touch with the team at AVI Electronics was a nightmare, not the friendliest bunch when trying to organise someone to come and have a look at the fridge, plenty of blame game involved , ended up waiting 7 days for the fridge to be fixed which caused us to throw out heaps of food from the fridge/freezer , and to then buy a new fridge entirely because of the uncertainty. The fridge was fixed in the end. The company was great to work with prior to any issues, that rapidly changed once the fridge discontinued to work."

"Bought second-hand fridge (LG french door) and washer dryer set (Fisher Paykel) from AVI and have no hesitation recommending them. Fridge had an error code issue within days of delivery and Avi sent out his techie who replaced part under warrantee an no issue since then. About a month later we noticed goods in chiller drawer were freezing so we reached out and Avi and his techie came out, did a few fixes, and no problems since. Thank you Team AVI."

"Hey Guys do not buy fridge from this place. They give me 3months warranty that I brought fridge from them and now the fridge has started giving me the problems. I call him and told him about the fridge problem and I told him about 3months warranty, all he said was they don’t work with warranty. He is not giving us costumes right. After knowing our phone number he is not answering our call. Warranty does not work in this place. Owner needs re-education how to deal with costumes."

"Could not recommend this company enough.! We bought a Samsung french door fridge at a bargain price. Upon delivery the guys would not help me lift the fridge upstairs (I'm new to Brisbane and I was unaware that this is common practice) so Akay (the owner operator of Avi Eectronics) came around himself with a trolley and helped me lift it up the stairs and we got the job done. I also bought a washer from him, very friendly man and honestly he cannot do enough for his customers. Will be using him again for sure.! I wish I had met him before I bought other white goods as I would have liked to give him the business, he really is a top bloke dedicated to customer satisfaction. 5 Stars all day ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give 10 ⭐️ I would."
