"Was planning to buy a microwave oven and walked pass this shop. Since I don't use it often, I didn't need a perfectly new one. This refurbished model was ~$60 cheaper than the retail price. They had a few stock of the same model with different dents or imperfections but I was told they were all tested. I checked each one carefully and found this one that I am happy with. The staff told me that it still has 1-year warranty from LG but hopefully I won't need that."

"When looking at a fridge, my wife asked if it had been used before due to some water inside the ice maker. We were advised that it was brand new (factory second with a few dents and scratches) and that they get rinsed out before arriving at the shop. Took the salesman's word, so we didn't look too hard at it and purchased the fridge. When we got it home we noticed a lot of wear up inside the ice maker chute, and some calcium build up, clearly from previous use. I went back to the store and discussed the issue with the salesman the fact that he sold me a refurbished fridge not a factory second, like he said it was and offered me a $50 discount. I thought it should be more, so he contacted his boss. The boss believed that I wasn't entitled to any discount and that I would be contacted regarding the issue, that didn't happen. I've never done a review in my life, but I feel potential buyers of goods at this place should be aware."

"Bought a $1000 washing machine, so happy at price and initial service. Delivery and removal of old machine I paid an extra fee, happy to do so. The machine was delivered and all seemed ok. No instruction manuals and I was told to download one. The machine did not work. They stated a mechanic would attend the following week. No concerns at all that I had no machine to do family washing. The mechanic failed to attend. They stated they would supply another machine and send a further mechanic. This never happened.I had to physically attend the store with the machine in my car to be told no refund! I told them if they dont refund I will stand outside and deter every customer. Guess what I got a refund. Extremely poor and aggressive attitude, substandard goods. Please take my review into consideration and buy elsewhere. I got the same machine brand new by shopping around for $200 more."

"Has a fridge purchased for me approx 2. 5 years ago. Needed repair 1 week shy of it warranty running out. (Gas leak). Dodgy repair men came to fix in home and decided to replace with a “new fridge “ which just happened to be on back of truck. Fast forward further 1.5 years and further gas leak now not being able to be fixed. Owner of business contacted - admissions he agrees but not able to assist. Be warned about buying through this company as little care and repairs which they manage dodgy to say the least"

"I was quite surprised with what they had to offer from TV's, fridges and washing machines and dryers ect. It was clean and no damaged goods really cheap. Pay cash or card. Disabled parking and access to shop. Toilets nearby. Even same day delivery if purchased early. I'd take a look you might be surprised."
