"I celebrated my 70th birthday there a week ago, the function went well and the finger food provided was delicious but I’m very disappointed with how my guests were treated, a few needed to use the elevator but were refused access and even though a couple had booked accommodation for the night, they were not allowed to use the elevator to get to their room on the upper floor and had to seek accommodation elsewhere, there’s 1 elevator in the building although they’ve got at least 3 function rooms and all the accommodation on the upper level and they expect elderly guests with walkers to use stairs, they don’t even have a ramp. NOT GOOD AT ALL."
"Great place for accommodating large groups (we had a party of 15). The feast buffet has something for everyone. Food was fresh and tasty. Wait staff were lovely and very quick at clearing the table of used plates. The kids cinema room and play area was fantastic. Only reason giving 4 stars is because the ladies toilets was in a terrible condition. Otherwise this is the second time we have visited and enjoyed the buffet as much as the first!"

"We held my son's 1 year old birthday party in one of the function rooms at the Manhattan Hotel and it turned out great! Kelly was very helpful in organising the event for us, even down to the balloons. She made the whole process easy and the event went smoothly on the day. The staff were friendly and the food was great. The space of the room was perfect for our guests. Thank you!"
