Reviews
"Rude and Obnoxious. And not the first time. Most recent experience just made me post a review. Tracking clearly said "Awaiting Collection", the lady at the counter, with a straight face, was adamant its at the sorting facility. How can the staff at post office be so wrong about the tracking? I went in after 10 mins and gave the info to the other staff member who was able to find the parcel without any issues. Just for that, I am increasing my rating from 1 star to 2. A business is as good as its rudest staff."
"Ignorant, impolite, rude, inconsiderate, miserable, thick-witted, abusive, graceless and insulting lady. She makes the experience a tough, stressful and obnoxious one. There also a racist aspect there aswell which has caused me to not want to me in my skin and colour anymore. Everytime I leave there I want to cry. I wouldn't recommend here for anyone who has depression, anxiety or even symptoms of suicide as she'll be the cause of making it worse. It has been tough to find the time to go in and pick up my items Ive got baby and toddler and I've had to organise a baby sitter as it's always tomed with him not being well. It's been difficult to go through all that and go in and never be able to pick up my items that I have no issues picking up from other shops or post offices. Management needs to get rid of her! She ruins my day everytime. She's obnoxious and ruthless"
"Customer service is very much lacking. No smile, no eye contact, blunt, dismissive, as if your presence is a bother to them when they're servicing you. And this is directed to the older woman who served me. The younger girl was much friendlier. I think perhaps a reassessment of staff is needed and the staff who clearly don't want to deal with customers even though they work in CUSTOMER SERVICE, can be reassigned to the warehouse to sort through parcels? Just a suggestion for the betterment of the organisation and the service delivery towards the public."
"Well well well… it’s time to write a review on this absolutely hopeless incompetent miserable grumpy bunch of old tired lazy rude women who have expired their time in customer service. Today my young daughter went in to post a “letter” on my behalf. I knew it was within the correct size guidelines as I have gotten in the habit of checking before sending especially as Australia Post Wollert has a habit of overcharging. The rude woman at the counter refused to send it as a letter and insisted it be sent as a parcel. My family refused and instead went to another post office who gave excellent service and posted the letter as a “letter” proving my point that Australia Post Wollert have a habit of overcharging. I run a small business and will go out of my way to drive out to another post office to avoid the disgusting service these bitter angry and possibly racist bunch of old women give. I considered making a formal complaint to the necessary parties, however I don’t want them to lose their jobs as I can guarantee no one else will hire them. And I care for women, they are probably mothers or grandmothers. So I hope they read this review and the rest before me, and consider changing their attitudes. Smiling is for free ladies. You have a paid job, be grateful. * I have been keeping track of this shocking service for over a year and have given them the benefit of doubt, making excuses that maybe they had a bad day, maybe their pay was late, maybe they didn’t sleep well. I have always tried to make friendly conversation with them on my frequent visits and have nearly always been met with grunts and one word answers. So it was time for an honest review."
