"FINALLY, our very own Auspost outlet in The District! We don't have to cross a river to collect our parcels anymore! Hooray! Staff at this outlet are friendly and helpful. Service is always fast with hardly any queues at all. Will have to see what happens when this outlet catches on and more people use it. Only drawback is that the vending machine has not worked properly since the outlet opened. I bought an envelope for work there but couldn't get it out of the machine - had to ask the staff to unlock it. Also the invoice was dated in the 1970s so couldn't submit a claim at work with it! Bummer. Let's hope they fix it soon!"
"Went to arrange a label-less parcel return drop off. Person on site was friendly, scanned return receipt, then realised label printer was broken (as it acc to them had been the day before already) and expressed helplessness on how to resolve issue, instead directed me to head to another AusPost office 15min away. Arriving at other AusPost office, that post office scanned the return receipt, then said they couldn't print a label since the first post office had scanned but not cancelled the label. About an hour of my life wasted I'd prefer to get back. Particularly surprising since it looked like a reasonably new venue, and my experiences at all other AusPost outlets have been mostly impeccable, thus sharing the review."
"The staff member I met at the counter today was super helpful and resourceful. I’d recommend this place to all. This location also provides vending machine that you can buy prepaid parcel bags/ envelopes and post 24/7."
"Yesterday I received a notice in my mail box from AusPost to collect a parcel from District Docklands PCL Locker and you can't imagine how easy and convenient was collecting my package from there! Although Google Map Mark was showing the wrong shop (G4 instead of G10) but was not difficult to locate G10. Parcel lockers, drop off chute, vending machine for envelope and drinks. Excellent!"
"It’s not the typical Australia Post Office you’d expect. It’s supposed to be opened 24 hours but no staff apparently at 6:00am. Just parcel lockers, a drop off chute and a vending machine for envelopes and such. I had an express envelope and usually I’d give it to the staff and get a tracking receipt but at this post office didn’t really know what to do. On Australia post website they described this post office as “has limited services”. Well I’d appreciate narrating a bit more and explain for a Gen X what exactly could and could not be done at such branch. Other than that, it looked pretty neat"
